From April 8 to 10, Egasca will be present at the Advanced Machine Tools 2025 trade fair, the benchmark event for the machine tool industry, returning to Fira de Barcelona for its second edition.
This event has established itself as a key hub for innovation and business, bringing together machine tool suppliers, consumer goods, and auxiliary equipment with manufacturing professionals. It is a space where cutting-edge solutions for machining increasingly complex materials will be showcased, with a strong focus on automation, full robotization, and the integration of systems and technological solutions into production processes.
At Egasca, we couldn’t miss this essential event. At our booth 5D428, visitors will get a first-hand look at the latest innovations from our brands, specifically the R04VI, D25VIII, and M532VIII models from Citizen and the U500Xd1 from Brother, designed to maximize efficiency and precision in machining.

Citizen Cincom R04VI
This Cincom machine is perfect for machining high-precision small parts, such as watch components, probe tips, medical parts, and other micro-components. The R series has evolved to deliver ultra-precise production with intuitive operation.
Its key features include: a high-speed spindle capable of reaching 20,000 rpm, and linear motors and servomotors, ensuring extreme precision and low energy consumption.

Citizen Cincom D25VIII
A high-precision, high-speed lathe, ideal for machining complex parts with maximum efficiency. Its dual independent gang tool system optimizes machining times. It features 10 axes + 2 C axes, ensuring great versatility in production. It offers multiple configuration options, accommodating up to 59 tools. It also incorporates LFV technology to reduce chip formation and improve process stability.

Citizen Cincom M532VIII
The fifth generation of Citizen’s popular “M” series, featuring a B-axis and continuous 5-axis interpolation, is the ideal machine for machining highly complex, high-value-added parts. Its three-axis turret, combined with the gang tool post, enables simultaneous turning operations. The three different part ejection systems allow for the removal of parts with completely different geometries without requiring any prior setup. This Swiss-type lathe stands out not only for its thermal stability and precision but also for its remarkable versatility, as it can accommodate a large number of tools on its front and rear tool posts, as well as on the 10-station lower turret.

Brother SPEEDIO U500Xd1
This compact machining center from Brother is an innovative machine in the BBT30 segment, ensuring high performance in demanding machining applications. It features an integrated tilting rotary table, allowing 5-axis indexing, and a working area of up to Ø500mm, making it ideal for high-precision parts.
Join us from April 8 to 10 at booth 5D428 to explore all these solutions in person! See you in Barcelona!
