The new edition of BIEMH, which will take place from 3 to 7 June at the BEC, is just around the corner. From Egasca we are breaking records with no more and no less than 15 machines from Citizen, Miyano and Brother that we will present at our stand D-03, Hall 2. Come and see us!
Citizen R04-VI lathe
Cincom's answer to the demand for high precision small parts. The R series of sliding headstock automatic lathes, designed for ultra-precise production of small parts, has evolved and modified its design to find ‘the ideal machine’ with ‘ingeniously simple operation’. It is perfect for the efficient machining of watch parts, probe tips/pins, medical parts and other components with incredibly small diameters...
The high-speed spindle achieves an optimum speed of 20,000 r/min for the workpiece. Combined with the linear motors and servo motors, the result is a total package that guarantees ultra-high precision, maximum compactness and low energy consumption. Cincom's solution for high-precision small parts production is now available.
Citizen L12-X lathe
This machine, capable of accelerating from 0 to 15,000 rpm, has been equipped with a Y2 axis on the sub-spindle that provides greater functionality in machining on the rear post. With a maximum capacity of up to 38 tools, it can carry out all types of machining on small diameter parts with a high production capacity. Undoubtedly, it is one of the most demanded machines in sectors such as the medical-dental sector.
Citizen L20 XII-B5 Lathe
The best-selling machine in Citizen's ‘L’ series incorporates many improvements in its new L20 XII B5 version:
-
The ability to interpolate 5 axes simultaneously.
-
The extension of the ‘B’ axis rotation angle to 110º.
-
Increased thermal stability to ensure continuous machining with stable precision
-
An increased number of turning tools
-
New 15’ HMI man-machine touch control interface.
Citizen D25-VIII lathe
The new sliding headstock and fixed headstock lathe impresses with its high drive power as well as its versatility for complex workpieces. It is particularly suitable for fast and productive machining. The innovative control follows the latest standards and is easy to operate. Equipped with two vertical combs and a B-axis (type VIII), the D25 sliding headstock lathe guarantees fast machining times combined with the highest level of productivity. The large number of tools on the main and counter spindle keeps production costs low while offering multiple machining possibilities.
Citizen L32-X lathe
The Cincom L32 is one of Cincom's best-selling machines and is available in the latest generation in three modular design versions, from the 5-axis machine with an excellent price/performance ratio to the high-end model with B-axis and Y-axis for downstream machining. Thanks to the wide range of modular tools, the Cincom L32 is incredibly versatile and flexible and can be adapted to specific needs as they arise over time.
Citizen M32-VIII lathe
The fifth generation of the classic ‘M’ series of sliding headstock lathes is on show for the first time. The main technological innovations are:
-
A B-axis with more powerful driven tools, allowing simultaneous machining of up to 5 axes for complex geometries.
-
The exclusive LFV technology patented by Citizen, capable of controlling chip breaking.
-
An increase in the power of both spindles to 7.5Kw
-
New HMI interface, which simplifies machine operation.
Miyano BNJ-51SY6 lathe
One of Miyano's best sellers, the BNJ-51SY6 allows all types of machining, from simple to more complex parts, thanks to its two turrets facing each other. The main turret with Y-axis, a folding sub-turret and X-axis on the sub-spindle allow for overlapping machining, thus reducing cycle times of many parts to a minimum. It is a machine that is easy to set up and operate, with kinematics that are unique on the market and the unrivalled Citizen-Miyano build quality. Find out why it is one of our best sellers.
Miyano ANX-42SYY lathe
The innovative ANX-42SYY fixed headstock lathe opens a new era in turning, being the first Miyano model exclusively equipped with LFV technology. Thanks to its linear guideways and integrated motors, it reduces non-productive machining times to a minimum. Its two turrets, both with Y-axis, with independent motorised stations, allow all types of complex machining operations. Its 15’ HMI interface increases ease of operation by incorporating a Citizen-developed multi-axis control unit.
Miyano BNE-65MYY lathe
Praised in the market for its high rigidity and thermal stability, the new version of the Miyano BNE-65MYYY lathe is equipped with a Y-axis on both the lower and upper turret. Thanks to the X3 axis on the sub-spindle, it allows us to machine using three cutting tools simultaneously. It has also been equipped with the new HMI interface, whose 15’ touch screen facilitates operation and whose new multi-axis control unit improves productivity.
Miyano ABX-64SYY2 lathe
High-performance machining centre with long travels and independent turrets with Y-axes. The ABX-51/64SYY model offers reduced machining times thanks to simultaneous machining with the right and left spindles and using the upper and lower turrets, each with Y-axis function, which allow complete and simple machining on the front and rear of complex shaped workpieces in a very short machining time.
Brother Speedio F600X1
The structure of this machine has been revised from the ground up, using structural analysis techniques. The use of optimum component elements has enabled the machine to exhibit the highest rigidity in the Speedio series. The highest rigidity ever achieved has been achieved by moving the table along the Y-axis only and using column movement for the X and Z axes, thus reducing the overhang of the spindle head.
Larger bearings than on other models are used to improve spindle rigidity, as well as larger guideways to optimise the rigidity of each axis guide.
Brother Speedio R650Xd1
The Brother R650Xd1 machining centre, equipped with the new D00 control, expands the horizon of the Speedio range thanks to its high-speed QT (Quick Table) double pallet system. This high-productivity model allows larger clamping solutions for machining workpieces to be positioned in each work area thanks to the QT system. In addition, it now features an extended tool magazine version of 40 tools.
Brother Speedio U500Xd1
Equipped with an innovative tilting rotary table with a maximum surface area of 500 mm diameter in combination with a 28-tool magazine, it enables multi-sided machining, which breaks away from the conventional concept of BT30 machines.
Brother Speedio H550Xd1
The new high-production horizontal machining centre uses a BT30 spindle and is equipped with a large working area, a 30-tool magazine and a high-speed B-axis table. It enables the machining of large or long workpieces that was not possible on conventional BT30 machines.
Both the high speed and high rigidity of the machine were achieved by optimising the shape of the casting using CAE analysis. A novel spindle provides a higher clamping force than previous Speedio models. In addition, the high-torque spindle features Speedio's largest bearing diameter. With these enhancements, the machine demonstrates high machining capabilities, from highly efficient to heavy-duty.
Brother Speedio M200Xd1-5AX
Brother's most productive and competitive technologies are merged for the first time in a single machine, where milling and turning processes are performed in the same productive unit, the Brother Speedio M200Xd1-5AX. It is now capable of continuous 5-axis interpolation, improving the efficiency of mass production processes and reducing floor space and direct labour.
